Tinkle has been around for a while. They have been publishing their comic in a twenty something page A4 size magazine released monthly (or weekly?). Recently (I don't know since when), they have been publishing a 'digest' version of the comic. It feels like reading a Reader's Digest but not so much work (it IS a comic, right?). The content for the digest version, however, is the same content as was published in earlier Tinkles, but smaller. That's the joke. Now go read the original comic, understand it with this backstory, and laugh!
