I am back, Hulu what did you do?

Well, after almost a month of moving around the world, I am back at home (for now). The same stupid Bambi comic has been the latest for too long. I will add new ones soon. Also, Dev got me a pad on which I can draw directly to my computer. So I'll be trying some stuff with that. I have to get back to blogging and tweeting as a habit. It is difficult to pick up the metaphorical pen again.

Oh, and a quick rant before I close this entry: Hulu, what did you do? Five episodes only? I think you just lost the monetization potential on the rest that you choose not to show. I have seen it happen, where people have reverted to illegal/pirated sources for movies and television shows only because of an inconvenience when trying for the legit channel. You completely deserve to charge for the wonderful shows you have. You had it correct with adding advertising during the viewing. The blogs were talking about you, the grass was green, and the sun high. This new turn of not showing episodes was a poor choice. There are other avenues to find the same shows. That is where many people will turn and that is where your chance to advertise to them will go as well.

Also, open Hulu to other countries. There are millions who, given the chance, will watch shows on Hulu rather than on pirated sources. Billions who would watch your advertising where they would be able to watch the shows without that patronage in your absence. Once the market opens, add international tv shows that the international viewers will want, and that can be watched by us in America. Suddenly your offering is so much more comprehensive and your viewership is huge.
